Karen Johanson is a Pacific Northwest photographer whose fine art work utilizes the alternative process of cyanotypes to showcase imagery inspired by urban life – everything from graffiti to architectural elements – as well as mountains and beaches.
Glass is another passion that she has started to explore – she was blessed to study with Silvia Levenson at Pilchuck Glass School in 2022, after starting her explorations just before the pandemic at Bullseye Glass.
